Salsa Level 2 / Mastering The Fundamentals
Designed for students ready to hit the dance floor and level-up their fundamentals.
Learn new and creative ways to become a better social dancer as you learn to Master the Fundamentals of Level 1!
We will cover different variations of turn patterns plus different hand holds to throw a spin on the fundamentals.
You will also be challenged by learning some new partner work “tools” and by adding some style and sharpness to it all.
Prerequisite for this level:
Completion of 2-4 months of Level I classes or a solid grasp of Salsa On2 timing, including proficiency in leading or following all variations of inside and outside turns. Instructor approval is required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring a partner?
You do not need to bring a partner. You will partner up during class and we rotate partners often.
Do I need special shoes?
Beginners can start with street shoes or dress shoes that have ankle-straps (support) with medium-height heels or any flat-bottom shoes or regular dancing shoes. Avoid wearing shoes that have thick rubber soles such as sneakers, clogs, boots or flip-flops.
I can't make it to my class, can I switch days?
Yes - Wednesdays and Saturdays teach the same content within the same week. If you need to swap a class - please message us and let us know to update your reservation.
Can I use my purchased package next cycle?
All sales are non-refundable. You must complete use all 4 classes in the current cycle. It cannot be used or extended for future workshops/cycles. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
